Bills (xfinity & pg&e): roughly $75-90 a month

Application fee ($55) and background check through apartment complex
Month to Month lease, I will be staying through March of next year and looking for someone who is looking to stay till around then as well.

Looking for roommate preferably aged 22 or over and female with full time job outside of working from home. No pets and No children and No couples.

2 bed 2 bath apartment. You’d have your own room and bathroom with full tub.
The apartment itself has a dishwasher and garbage disposal and has newer appliances and a small porch.
The complex has a laundry unit, pool & hot tub, and a gym center (which happens to be right next to my apartment unit).

Overnight guests are okay every know and then. No parties. Looking for someone who is clean and cleans up after themselves.
