Available Room for Rent
2 rooms and all expenses for 1,200 / mo
1,200 includes all expenses, 2 small bedrooms side by side (updated vinyl windows, hardwood floors, closet in each room, brand new paint and lighting), and 2 shared full bathrooms (1 has a tub/stand up shower and 1 only has a stand up shower). Shared spaces include a front and back yard, living room, kitchen, garage, and large family room (includes treadmill and row machine and other exercise accessories in a small workout area I've created).
The neighborhood is quiet and there’s a nice park within a 5 minute walk from the house. I love animals and have 3 small pets (3 small dogs, 2 of which are elderly). I’m open to other pets as long as they aren’t aggressive towards any other animals and are not destructive or noisy. I can gate off my pets from the side of the house my roommate will live in so you can choose to interact with them or keep your space pet free. They are friendly to people and fairly quiet.
I am renting 2 small bedrooms that are side by side (there’s a spare room i use for storage between those rooms and mine so we’ll have privacy). I’m finishing painting and a few other small updates in the rooms and everything will be ready by April 1, 2024.
I have a brand new super comfy oversized couch and large new tv in the living room. I don’t watch tv often so your have that mostly to yourself l, although i do like to relax on the couch.
Kitchen has all new applicants (double oven so we can both cook at same time, dishwasher, french door fridge/freezer with ice maker and water). I have pretty much everything a person could want in a kitchen and am happy to share it all.
There’s a little storage space in the garage, but not a lot. In the garage is a new washer and dryer set. I also have a spare fridge/freezer in there so we have plenty of space to store our food. Pantry available in hall for storing food/kitchen gadgets.
Street parking is always available in front of the house. Good sized yard in front and back (back yard is fenced).
