Large Room Furnished with King Bedroom Set, Very Safe great location!!

Four Bedroom two bath house with access to the houses common areas like the Kitchen, Living Room, Utility Room and dinning room. This will be a house share situation with a shared bathroom. There have been many upgrades to the house over the years and we plan on doing more. This is perfect for a professional like a nurse, executive or full time student that would like to reduce expenses. No drugs, alcohol or smoking will be allowed on the property. House has high speed internet, 55 inch Smart TV with HDMI for a laptop and all of the kitchen appliances that you will need. The house is located in between all four major highways, LBJ, Bush, I-35 and the Tollway. Driveway parking to protect your car from an accident parking on the street. We live in a very safe area and as an extra precaution we have internal and external security cameras. The room measures 10 Ft. x 15 Ft. Please look on the map to make sure the location works for you. The utilities are split to control over usage and average about $130 each person a month.

Must have the financial capacity to live at the property
Must be employed time, or a full time student away from the house (Please No Work From Home or No Part Time, as I already Work from home and on the phone a lot)
Must Clean up after yourself or we will hire a cleaning service on a monthly
Must Pay Rent & utilities on Time or early every month
Must have a clean back ground
Must be respectful of the property at all times
Must have a good attitude and be an understanding and kind person
Must be looking for medium or long term housing
