Hi, everybody! We are Andres, Mikey, & Alex! (3) best friends who all live in a house together, in North Miami Beach. We have an extra bedroom for rent, which comes with it's own private bathroom, closet, and is semi-furnished.

Living in North Miami Beach, we are minutes away from the ocean, and relatively close to areas like South Beach, Downtown Miami, Wynnwood, etc.

The room will be available starting in August 2019. Lease is month-to-month. Asking price for rent is $500/month, with a $500 security deposit. Utility costs will be determined at a later date.
