Sloth L - $900/month

Hi, I am M Sloth Levine, they/them, 27yo, white. I’m a playwright and video game narrative designer looking for a room by 10/1 or earlier. My 9/1 housing fell through at the last minute and I will be couch surfing until I can find a new place. My budget is $900.

I’m a quiet roommate, and value clear and open communication. I appreciate my alone time, but would like to have a friendly relationship with my roommates. I don’t drink but don’t mind if you do. 420 friendly as they say. I’d like room for a full bed, and ideally I would have a workspace as I work remotely most of the time. I’ve lived in Bushwick the last three years but I am open to other neighborhoods.

When not writing, which is most of the time, I love horror movies, see a lot of theatre, and also draw and paint. I’m a vegetarian but don’t spend a lot of time in the kitchen. I’d love to hear about any space you have available and look forward to answering any questions you might have!
