1- Located right behind Kimbark plaza and within a 1-minute walk from CVS and HPP

2- Within a 10-minute walk from all the restaurants on 53rd Street

3- 3 minutes walk away from East Shuttle and 172 bus stops.

4- In unit laundry with washer and dryer

5- Central heating and airconditioning (V important in the summer)

6- A dedicated parking spot

7- Lots of storage space

8- A bike room in the building

9- A back porch (perfect for reading in the summer)

10-A movie room

Rooms will be available starting August 1st, though you are more than welcome to move your stuff in earlier. The rent will between 645-675 dollars plus utilites.
