Seeking 2 Roommates for Awesome East Williamsburg Apartment!
Hi!
There are 2 rooms opening up in my apartment, one bigger one for $1,150 and one smaller one for $1,050. The apartment is very close to the L train (2 blocks away) and about a 5-8 min walk from the J train, so its super convenient! I have lived here for 2 years and can say its been one of my favorite places in NYC. The neighborhood is vibrant and theres always tons of fun things to do. The rooms are a nice size, the larger room can easily fit a queen bed and a dresser or desk. Every room has a closet and AC unit, and laundry is downstairs. The building is new and everything in the apartment is new.
My ideal roommate is someone who is easy to get along with, open minded, friendly, and communicates well. We will work together to maintain the space in a way that makes sense for both of us.
