I am friendly, like my downtime & enjoy being out in the city.

I am currently looking for work. I am very financially stable and if need be can pay a few extra months rent upfront. I have excellent references from my current landlady (I've lived in the same basement apartment for 5 years) and my former landlady where I lived for 1 year.

A clean home is very important to me. I am not a neat freak but I need to live with others who prioritizes cleaning every 1 to 2 weeks of the bathroom and kitchen area at least to the point where food, scum and mould are not allowed to build up.

my boyfriend currently comes over to my place about 2 weekends out of the month on average. I want whomever I live with to be very comfortable so I'm flexible about this. I would always check in with my apartment mates about what timing and set up works best for them and their comfort level.

I am VERY accepting of people with different identities, abilities, and other social locations. I am very respectful of boundaries and in addressing /communicating requests and conflicts clearly and with sensitivity.
