Ideal move-in date is late July /early August - I have a place until August 6th.

I typically work out in the mornings, work at a WeWork during the day sometimes or work from home, hang out with friends on nights/weekends. Sometimes classes at night.

I am friendly and considerate as a person and treat others with respect. Always open to discussing things that can be changed in order to improve the roommate relationship. I prefer to be direct and talk about things and maintain good communication. We do not have to be best friends but would love to get along.

I do not cook often but I do meal prep.

I also travel for work about 20% of the time.
