I'm looking for a reliable roommate in a nice & sunny 2br/2bth condo.
The room furnished or unfurnished and is spacious enough to comfortably fit a queen size bed, 2 side tables, dresser, TV and desk. The TV currently in the room is bigger than the one pictured. There’s a beautiful view facing both downtown Miami skyline and West with beautiful sunsets. Spacious private bathroom is directly next to the room.
The condo has 2 balconies, washing machine/dryer in unit, kitchen cabinet space, updated appliances. Gym, pool & sauna in the building.
I'm a 34 year old professional designer with shares custody of a 14 year old, who shares my room 3-4 days per week. I’m easy going, positive energy, responsible & pays bills on time. My room is on the opposite side of the condo with spacious living room in between. Electric & internet are included.
Please be a full time employed professional, woman preferred.
