1920s Brooklyn Style Apartment

My fiancé and I are renting a room in our gorgeous three bedroom apartment. The room comes fully furnished with a bed, a mini couch, a dresser and a bedside table. The apartment gets a lot of natural light, and we have a thriving collection of plants. The room also comes with a private bathroom. We are creative people who value community, family, travel, and having a peaceful home environment. Cleanliness is of utmost importance to us; we prioritize maintaining a very orderly and beautiful space. We are seeking a non-smoking roommate to share our home with us for a year. Our preference is a woman or non-binary person who works full-time and does not have pets (as we have severe allergies to dander). We want someone who is friendly, good with children (our nieces spend the night with us every weekend), tidy and respectful.
