Will be required to be added to lease which is $125 + 100 I believe. Rent is $804.50 which includes pest control and valet trash. Rest of utilities will be split. 3rd Floor apartment. Bedroom is unfurnished and has a connected bath so you won't have to share, but it also has a door to the hall. The 3rd bedroom has space if you need to setup an office, otherwise plan on setting up a guest room possibly. I will be furnishing the shared spaces as I go so if you have furniture already, that's a plus but not required. As mentioned in profile, I have 2 cats. I am open to another cat if you have one but no dogs.
