I am a liberal lady who works for a non-profit tech company by day and likes nerdy, chill activities the rest of the time. I work from home some of the time - my job is pretty flexible.

Most evenings you will find me reading, writing, making art, or playing a board game. In non-COVID times, I also like to go out dancing, see art shows, or catch a movie. I like to throw the occasional dinner party or backyard hang, but I tend to go to other people's places more often for those things.

Fully vaccinated. I tend to mask up when inside unless I know I'm with a small group that is all vaccinated.

I'm looking for a long-term roommate, but also happy to do a shorter-term trial period to see how we fit together.

I value a few things is a living situation:

#1 - Everyone is super kind

#2 - Everyone shares in group chores and cleans up after themselves so that the common area stays pretty clean unless you're actively cooking.

#3 - Keep it pretty quiet. I did not grow up with a tv on in the background, so I tend to find it grating unless there is some kind of special event or group viewing or something like that. I do play the ukulele (poorly), but I do make sure not to do it when other people might be sleeping.
