We are renting out our Master's
Bedroom, this is in WEST BOCA (room only - Not An Apartment) preferably to a professional. You get your own bathroom. You never have to worry about fluctuating bills because this rent will cover it(water, electric,internet). We are on a hospital grid. So we are one of the lucky ones who didn't lose power during the hurricane! :-) Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Its near grocery stores and lots of fast foods and restaurants. No drama, and strictly NO DRUGS. Solo occupant preferred.
