My name is Ann(i)e, I'm 24 years old looking for my first place to rent. I currently live in Seattle, WA my home town. I'm wanting to move to NYC to be closer to friends and loved ones. My perfession is Preschool Teacher, I'm currently waiting for my job to reopen which closed due to Covid back in March. I have proof of pay stubs from said job. I plan to have a new job lined up before I move there so I will have a steady bi weekly full time income. I have one cat named Waffles who is very sweet but hides most of the time, she is fixed and is up to date of shots, she is litter trained. She is about 8 years old she gets along with dogs and other cats once she gets to know them, she is very used to having many other pet friends around.
