This sunlit artist studio is approximately 500 sq ft and includes a queen-sized bed, living room area with TV, and personal kitchenette with all new appliances (refrigerator, microwave, toaster/convection oven, electric cooktop). Utilities and high-speed internet included in rent. Central heat/AC. You will also have a private entrance to your room. Private bathroom is located right outside the room in the hallway. With vaulted ceilings, 6 windows, and one large ceiling skylight, there is tons of sunlight for plants and a view of the skyline. Washer/dryer in building. Bike storage in basement.

If you have your own furniture, we can have the current furniture and/or plants moved.

Close to McCormick Place, Chinatown, Mercy Hospital, IIT, 35th St Beach, Museum Campus and Guaranteed Rate Field.
