Utilities and high-speed internet included in rent. Central heat/AC. You will also have a private entrance to your room. Private bathroom is located right outside the room in the hallway. With vaulted ceilings, 6 windows, and one large ceiling skylight, there is tons of sunlight for plants and a view of the skyline. Washer/dryer in building. Bike storage in basement.

If you have your own furniture, we can have the current furniture and/or plants moved.
