Sabri G - $500/month

My name is Sabri, and I'm currently looking for a roommate! I've never lived anywhere except home, so this would be a new experience for me. I'm 19, turning 20 in a couple of months, and I'm a dental assistant who works full-time. With that being said, I would like to have a roommate who has a consistent income as well. I have a car, which I would prefer my roommate to have one as well, because I can't let anybody depend on me for a vehicle. I don't have any pets or a partner; (don't mind if my roommate does, as long as boundaries are respected). I would say a "con" of living with me is that I can be a night owl. I also like to smoke, which is a dealbreaker for a lot of people. I can accommodate and smoke in my car or on my balcony if we have one. I am very heavy on cleanliness and hygiene. If keeping a clean environment is something you struggle with (dishes, bathroom, trash, etc.), then I am not the roommate for you. I live on the east side currently. I don't have a preference on area, I just want something pleasant that is not too expensive. If we sound like we have a lot of things in common, hit me up ;)
