The room is available now and we can work out a prorated rent for September. The apartment is a one bedroom and I occupy the bedroom. The living room is pretty large and a section was split off and given to my brother. He had to leave LA for a family emergency so now I need a new roommate. The lease would be to August 2021 and you must submit your own $45 application if we match. The building has just finished being remodeled and is quite nice. Amenities include a pool, lounges both indoor and outdoor, lobby staff, quick maintenance staff, a roof deck, a gym, a yoga room, laundry room, and kitchens. You will get the parking spot that comes with the unit. My unit is south facing on the 15th floor and has great views of downtown. Your "bedroom" has a corner view and a balcony. There is currently a curtain splitting off the space but I am willing to work with you on finding ways to add some sound proofing.
