Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to fill a room in a 2bed 1ba in Alphabet City (right by Tompkins sq park) starting 7/15 for at least 10 months! Rent is 2500/month + utilities. Room can be arranged to be furnished!

The room can fit a full bed + desk comfortably (probably a queen as well), has a closet, and gets good sunlight. Apartment is on the first floor (not ground), with a private balcony and private backyard, dishwasher, bedrooms on opposite sides. Building has elevator, shared laundry, and shared rooftop- it's a small building (~12 units, 2 per floor) and neighbors are super friendly.

Ideal roommate is mid 20s, has no pets, both tidy and clean, with a similar schedule- I work 8-6 from home primarily.
