Hey! I hope to find a place and 2 3 housemates, preferably students somewhere within 30 - 40 minutes of NYU Tandon. I will be attending Computer Enginnering program.

My budget is around 850 dollars per month (excluding Food).

I would like to live with someone who is Career focused, motivated, ambitious and fun loving. Who like to talk direct and clear.
I'm a vegetarian, I prefer vegetarian roommates but it won't bother me much otherwise.
I am looking for non smokers as I dont smoke.
I don't care if my roommate drinks or not but I dont drink.
Apart from exams and assignments submission dates, I expect garbage in the garbage bin. Cooking/Eating/Watching Netflix together is I guess an added bonus if that works out.

I expect that you prefer avoiding partying at Apartment/Room and will respect me and others in matters affecting studies.
