Room for Rent

Unfortunately our awesome roommate is moving up North so we need a new roommate. We have a room in Aurora for rent $850 per month all utilities included. No more pets please. Available 09/16 or after. We are a couple (late 20s & early 30s) looking to rent out our guest bed & private bath. We both work in the hospital during the week and are home Friday-Sunday. We keep to ourselves for the most part but we are happy to interact. We enjoy cooking, baking, traveling, movies, and visiting the mountains. Our dog is old and she doesn’t love new people or other animals lol but she will warm up to you 😊. We are looking for a roommate with no pets, who is clean, pays rent on time, is quiet for the most part (no loud parties please), and does not smoke or use recreational drugs.

Utilities include Wi-Fi, A/C, Heat, Washer & Dryer, & Pool and Hot Tub (seasonal). We are located right next to a light rail station and several food and shopping options.

We are open to discussing the length of the lease but we would like to start with month-month with the option to renew for longer. Refundable Deposit is $425.
