Looking for a great roommate to share a beautiful 4 bed / 2.5 bath home in North Scottsdale near 56th & Thunderbird.

The home is approximately 2,400 sq ft with a 3-car garage, pool, and private backyard oasis. The main level features an open-concept living and dining space, kitchen with breakfast nook, half bath, and laundry room. Upstairs includes three bedrooms, an additional living area, and a balcony overlooking the main living space. There’s plenty of storage and closet space throughout the home.

The Room for You:
• Primary (master) bedroom on the first floor
• En-suite bathroom and walk-in closet
• Double doors with direct access to the pool

Rent:
• $3,400 + utilities split evenly
• Estimated all-in $1,950–$2,200 per person per month (includes rent + APS, WIFI, water, trash, recycle, Netflix). APS fluctuates seasonally of course.

Ideal Fit:
Looking for a female working professional who works outside the house (office, hospital, etc.), enjoys staying active and social, and values a clean and organized home.

The vibe of the house is friendly, relaxed, and social. I occasionally host friends for dinners, pool days, or small get-togethers, so it’s great for someone who enjoys a social environment from time to time, while still appreciating a calm and respectful home during the week.

About Me:
I’m a 31-year-old originally from Chicago who spent a few years living nomadically before settling in Arizona about 2.5 years ago. I work full-time from home and will be starting my master’s program in next month.

Personality-wise, I’m easygoing, social, and independent. I enjoy good food, movies, a solid Netflix binge, bike rides, walks, hitting the bars occasionally, and exploring Arizona. I also travel about once a month and sometimes host friends visiting from out of town.

I keep the house clean, organized, and comfortable, and appreciate living with someone who does the same. My previous roommate of 18 months (and good friend!) recently purchased her own home, and I’d love to stay here while taking the time to find the right next fit.
