M. K - $750/month

I'm an editor and creative writer looking for a clean, quiet home with low social traffic. NO SMOKE, DOGS, OR DRUGS, please! Low chemicals and no scented candles, incense, etc. would be great; they give me migraines. A good sense of humor and the ability to communicate in an adult fashion is a must; passive aggression doesn't work on me.

Ideally looking for long-term, but if the room is available July 25-29, I'll take anything for a minimum of 3 months. $750 incl. utilities would be great. If you're one of those no-TV-allowed households, that's not going to work out. (I will gladly rot my brain listening to TV and blow out my eardrums blasting hard rock via a headset in my own room.)
