I do have a son that stays with me every other week. I currently am in school full time and work a lot from home. I do marketing and advertising online and I also work for my own company here and in Costa Rica. I am very laid back. I like things to stay somewhat organized around the house. Especially the kitchen. A clean kitchen means a clean house for me. I enjoy travelling and Basketball and tennis are some of my hobbies. I like all types of music and love movies.. 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo which is 1,816/sq.ft is Located in W Delray Beach. It is located next to shops, malls and grocery stores. Everything you need within a 5 mile radius. 20 minutes from FAU and PBSC, 15 min drive to downtown Delray. Turnpike is a 3 min drive away. Full kitchen 72 inch tv in the living room long private patio access from each room. Cable and Internet are included in price/month but electricity would be split 50/50. 2 bathrooms. 1 bathroom in master bedroom and the other is in front of 2nd bedroom. Each bathroom has bathtub. Internet is fiber optic with I believe 1000/mbps. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Very safe area and safe clean neighborhood. Complex has pool with jacuzzi and I believe the have tennis courts as well. I am 420 friendly but I do require that to be done outside.
