Hello!!! I’m looking for 1-2 roommates to sign a year-long lease together starting January 1st, 2025 (I am also open to something beginning mid-december). I’m looking in Williamsburg but am open to Bushwick (I’d like to live off the L). I currently live on the Upper East Side with my lease ending on December 31st. My budget is $1100 - $1600 (per person) but is flexible depending on the situation.

About me: I currently work in education policy with a hybrid in-office schedule. Most days I work from home but sometimes commute to my office in midtown. I love live music (jazz, techno, hip/hop, kpop), gardening (as much as I can do in nyc lol), video games (nintendo!!), yoga, and drawing. I am LGBTQ+ friendly, and like having friends over occasionally (nothing crazy though). I would love to be friends with my roommate(s) but am also happy to just coexist peacefully.
