My apartment is a 4th floor walk-up on the corner of 1st Avenue and 116th Street in East Harlem. The whole apartment, except for the second bedroom, is fully-furnished. It's pre-war with lovely exposed brick. We have laundry in the unit and about 1000 square feet! ACs are provided and installed/removed every year. We're two blocks from the East River Plaza (Target, Marshall's, Costco, Planet Fitness), and the M15 uptown SBS and crosstown M116 stop on our corner. The soon-to-be vacant room is the front room, facing out on 1st Avenue. No pictures yet, but I'll post as soon as I have her permission. Her room is behind the frosted sliding doors.
