Moved to Austin about a year ago & LOVE it here. Currently going through a separation with my husband who I still have a great coparenting relationship with. He has our girls for half of the week & I have them the other half.
I would prefer another single mom as the rent is for 2 rooms so your child(ren) would have their own room across the hall.
The layout of the house is great for roommates as the rooms are on opposite sides of the house. You would have the front two bedrooms & bathroom. My girls & I have the back bedroom. Kitchen is in between.
