Hey everybody! I will be moving this summer and need somebody to take over my lease.

690sqft open 1br apartment available in the goat blocks building on 11th and Belmont (www.goatblocks.com). Rent is $1,597 / month plus parking and utilities. Similar units in the building are going for $1,900+.

Washer / dryer in unit, down the hall from the community rec room / gym / patio for easy access but no noise, secure access parking matrix, with market of choice in the building and plenty of great restaurants / bars surrounding.

Availability is flexible, I will just need a week or two to move out, and the current lease runs until January with the option to renew either month to month or fixed period.

I have loved living here and will be sad to go, but have been presented with an opportunity I can't pass up and need to find somebody to take over here to avoid the lease break fee.
