Mikayla G - $1,400/month

Hi, I'm Mikayla! My current lease in Hell's Kitchen is going up at the end of June, and my roommate is moving in with her partner. I'm looking for a new place because they increased our rent by A TON. My move-in date is flexible, but I'd prefer to move in before July 1st. I'll be graduating from college and starting a job in Public Relations at the beginning of June. I'm also currently training to be a yoga teacher! I'm very clean, quiet, and friendly (my current roommate can vouch for me haha). I'm ok with dogs in the apartment but am kind of allergic to cats. I'm definitely open to hanging out with my roommates and would love to be friends, but also enjoy my alone time. I'll probably be working from home several days a week. I go to bed late, but I'm not loud after 10 PM--usually just up reading or watching Netflix. Hope to talk soon!
