If you would like a furnished room, I'm happy to accommodate and furnish the room.

If you were the ideal roommate, I would be more than happy to furnish a room up to the equivalent amount of rent for one month. I would make sure to have your furnishings before your move-in date. If you do need a furnished room, I'm happy to discuss your preferences and have you even help choose the furnishings. We can discuss further, if necessary. If you don't need a furnished room, then the room is ready immediately.

2-story 6 bedroom house with plenty of space for a roommate. The house is less than 5 years old.
In addition to driveway parking, there is also an attached garage available. The washer and dryer are both functional and can be used on-site. There is a really nice refrigerator with plenty of space to be shared. The stove, oven, and dishwasher are rarely used, as I do not cook. Feel free to use any kitchen appliances! There is a large island countertop with plenty of space for you to enjoy your food or just sit down. Fast and reliable gigabit internet included. Utilities are included.

Your private room would be upstairs, along with your private bathroom.
