My three biggest passions are skateboarding, fine beverage, and heavy music. Not religious at all, politically left, and vegan. I take great care of my property and spaces, almost to a fault, but not in a problematic way. I cook a lot and take pride in making tasty meals nearly everyday.

Located in the arts district on Santa Fe and 10th in the newly constructed QUIN building. I am the first tenant to live in this unit, so everything is new and works perfectly. Kitchen is phenomenal for cooking, with loads of counter space for prep.
The bedroom has a decent-sized closet, a north-facing window with city skyline views. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is. There are two more large closets that are mostly unused for more storage.
Great west-facing windows with nearly unobstructed mountain views. This place is pretty dope.
