One bedroom available in a two bedroom casita. Room is unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is. Shared bathroom. Fenced in backyard and a washer and dryer in the unit. The neighborhood is very quiet and has easy access to the 5, 8 and downtown. Location is perfect. You can walk into old town for taco Tuesday or a margarita! I am looking for a professional to share this apartment with me, I have been here for about four years and really like this place so I’m looking for someone who will also appreciate its awesomeness. Available January 1 or later in January if needed.
