This is a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment with windows on 3 of the 4 sides of the apartment. It is located on the second floor of the building. Both available rooms have closets (one is a double closet) with high ceilings as storage areas. Both rooms can fit a full size bed, desk, and dresser. The living room is a nice size and fully furnished, equipped with a smart TV. The kitchen has great counter space for food prepping, has a dishwasher, and is fully stocked with nearly every appliance you might need. The deck is the size of two of the bedrooms combined, and has some lovely patio furniture. It is a private space, accessible through our apartment only. The apartment is pet friendly and I have a small jack russel mix who thinks he's a cat, but will befriend you for treats. A second animal is permitted by the landlord. LGBTQIA friendly.
