Needing to find someone to take over my portion of the lease in a great duplex (second/top floor). Great neighborhood right off 39th street. Walkable to coffee/drinks/food. The place is technically 3 bed/2 bath, one of the bedrooms is pretty small so the plan is to use it as an office or guest room. The bedroom you would take is huge, fits a king easily, has its own door to outside, and own bathroom. There is a great front balcony and shared back yard. We ask no pets. The living and dining are mostly furnished - might need a couch only. The bedroom could come furnished with all my items or empty- up to you and we can discuss cost if you want my stuff. Kitchen comes with dishwasher and laundry is in the basement. Excellent landlord lives downstairs - they are quick to help with anything needed.

Current roommate is female, late 20s, teacher, and has 1 cat possibly 2. They are super sweet and make the place feel like home. I am looking for a respectful, employed person to take my place. We can chat first and then you’d meet her!

Rent split in half is $1,050. Electric and wifi are the only utilities paid. Electric is ~$50 a month and wifi is currently $17 each but could change if you get a new provider as that is currently in my name.
