Room for rent!

Hello!

I have a room for rent in Richmond, BC. It is walking distance to the Lansdowne skytrain stop on the Canada Line and is close to lots of stores and restaurants. It is right across the street from Kwantlen Polytechnic University, so super convenient if you are a student there! There is tons of street parking too - pretty much everything you could ask for!

The room itself isn't too big but is furnished with a double bed, a small desk, a dresser and a closet. You will be sharing a west-facing patio with me, forgive me for all my plants - I don't mind if you smoke on the patio, 420 friendly!

You will be sharing the washroom with 1 roomate, and we have an in-suite washer and dryer!

About us:
We have 1 chef in the house (M), and 2 full time film-workers (M+F). Usually the house is empty and quiet but due to Covid, we have been home more lately with lots of cooking. If you are into that - thats a plus! I should add we are all meat eaters and like to BBQ! We are respectful of each others privacy and space and we ask for you to be the same.

Rent is $750 a month all in. I am asking for half month deposit and a 3-month lease. I've had some poor experiences with roommates and I don't want to be tied down to a long-term lease if it is not a good fit.
