Hi there,

We’re looking for someone to join our townhouse in Burnaby. We’re three adults in our late twenties to early thirties, all very easy-going. The neighborhood is very safe and family-oriented. We are near two skytrain stations, as well as Lougheed Mall. Laundry is included in the basement.
An important note: we live with a little cockatiel named Marcy. He’s a very sweet little guy, who can get a little noisy at times, but nowhere near as loud as larger parrots (or most small dogs for that matter).

*Pets might be negotiable, depending on the type of pet.
*Parking space is shared with another roommate, although there is ample parking around the neighbourhood.
