Room available in a Loft apartment On King St W

The apartment is spacious with high ceilings and furnished. The room can be unfurnished or you can buy the furniture currently (bed and drawers). Very nice and friendly building with a rooftop that has amazing city views. There is immediate access to the street car, parks, grocery stores and stackt market all near by. I am pet friendly as well as smoke friendly in the home (I'm not a huge smoker).

Move in date can be as early as August 1 or Sept 1 or Oct 1. The first and last month of your portion of the rent should be made upfront as per the rental agreement (there is no commitment to a 12 month lease, this is a month to month term/with a two month notice period to move out).
