I'm an art handler at a big corporate company. I work long hours, usually starting around 7 or 8am and going until the afternoon/ early evening. I'm looking for a clean roommate who does the dishes often and doesn't make noise in common spaces at night. I try to go to bed early (9 or 10pm) and really value a quiet, respectful roommate.

I'm a painter and will be looking for a separate studio space to continue my practice this fall. I have a girlfriend who is kind and respectful. She wouldn't come over more than twice a week to chill and make dinner. We would keep to ourselves in my room most of the time. I go to her place about half the time as well.
