I enjoy a clean, organized home. Feeling safe and at peace at home are important. I love to have fun and I have a lot of energy but don't mind keeping it down or putting on headphones, for example, if someone needs quiet. Being considerate is important when living with anyone. When home, I'm almost always getting ready to leave, cooking, cleaning, or doing homeowner stuff (the list never ends!). Most of my 'fun time' is spent with friends downtown so home is my oasis. I work downtown, office hours, and typically do my errands during the week after work. I was living alone for a while but figured I could rent a room to save money. Hoping to turn that into a gym later this year. The location is 5 minutes from a shopping center, 13 minutes from the Intel campus, and 15 minutes from Mount Carmel East and Gahanna. Street parking is ample, or there's a garage spot for a fee.
