Available Room for Rent

Cozy Room available in Hamilton Heights

Move in date is flexible and will be prorated.

Rent and deposit each $850 with an additional $75 for wifi and utilities.

Apartment is 10-15 minutes walking, or a few minute bus ride, to both City College and Columbia Med School, also a few stops away on the subway to Columbia main campus. Subways: 1, A, C, and B/D all within 10 minute walk. Buses: 100, 101, M5, M4, and M3 at each corner.

Room is furnished with a bed, small desk with shelf, chair, dresser, clothing rack (no closets in the whole apt), and a shoe rack. I am willing to accommodate if you don't want all the furniture provided, if you'll be staying long term.

I work in a bank, early 30's, male, and am hoping to find a roommate who is clean, chill, and financially stable with a consistent job or is a grad student.
Preferably, you are someone who wants to stay longer, rather than short term.

Any gender/orientation. No cigarette smokers, pets, or loud partiers.

Great apartment, very cozy and fully furnished. Building is Pre-War, so has big windows and no elevator. 4th floor walk-up. Roof access with a view of the city. Close to a Riverside Park entry point, which is nice for exercising or enjoying a nice day. Close to various grocery stores, bars, restaurants, and coffee shops on Broadway and some nice new spots on Amsterdam Ave.
