32 year-old female. I’m extreemly quiet, clean, and respectful, and I keep to myself but am friendly. I’m looking for a stable, comfortable place to stay really close to the train station preferably with utilities included.

Prefer to live with a straight male or female with no pets who isn’t a drinker or smoker or into parties etc... not trying to offend anyone but it’s best to be clear about who you are and what you’re not into than live together only to move out.

I wake up really early between 2am onwards, so if you’re a light sleeper and these things bother you I’m not the one.
