About the townhome and living situation:
The townhome was finished in 2022 by SheaHomes and is two stories with washer and dryer on second floor. I am a unmarried working professional in my early 30s. The house has 2 car garage spaces with one parking spot that will be shared between two tenants (currently none). Bathroom is a shared Jack & Jill. Separate laundry room upstairs on second floor. Common areas are furnished and shared but the rooms are unfurnished. There is a loft area with two built-in desks that are available to tenants.

About the Community: There is a community gym run by FIT athletics that will be opening in March. The community fitness center will feature resort style pool, lap pool, and a spa. More amenities including parks, hiking trails, and small boutique shopping and restaurants will be added this year and the coming years.

The townhome is located 4 miles from freeway 805, 5 miles from the the 15 and less than a 5 minute drive to Ballast Point Brewery, Cutwater Spirits, and Alesmith. Location is in between Mira Mesa, Miramar, Sorrento Valley, and University Town Center. 3 miles from Village at Mira Mesa and and 5 miles from Westfield shopping mall in UTC.
