Two brand new rooms for rent in Northridge

I am renting two brand new rooms in Northridge. I just placed new floors, new electric wires, recessed lighting, ceilings fans, new ceiling, a new painting. I am an empty Nester. The bigger room is $1000 a month and the other one is $900 a month including utilities. I also have a laundry room, swimming pool, patio, front garden, and plenty of parking on the driveway or on the street in front of the house. The people in the two bedrooms will share a common bathroom. I also have a full bed, nightstand, Desk and drawer if you would like to use them. Otherwise, just bring your own furniture. I work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM but I come home at 8 PM the days when I teach a Zumba class close to work. I teach Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, I also on two very friendly dogs. One is a senior, who is 16 years old and the other one is only a year and a half.
