I am seeking a roommate in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment around Bathurst/St Clair (Humewood-Cedarvale)

Asking for 1800 monthly, the duration of stay is preferably between 3-6 months. Move in date is around Oct 1st. Price, duration and move in date can be negotiated.

The unit is furnished and located in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown
Utilities and internet are included, (AC/Heat, Internet, Electricity, Water)

You won't find many apartments this size, the master bedroom for rent is 160 sqft (9’x18’) and the unit is approximately 1000 sq ft. *Bedroom 1 in the floor plan is the room for rent

Located a few km north of the downtown core and walking distance to Cedarvale park.

Bathurst station is 3km away (Bathurst/Bloor), 15m if taking transit and the bus stop to head downtown is a couple steps from the building. The nearest subway station is located 1 km away (St Clair West)

The unit is on the 2nd floor of the building, there are no units above.

I don't spend much time in the living/dining area after 4pm. I work from home and would prefer a roommate who works in-office or onsite. If you also need to work from home, it is not a deal breaker.

I don't cook often as I prefer to meal-prep, I may use the kitchen for 4 hours one day and not need to use it again for the next few weeks.

Laundry is available in basement with lots of storage space

In the unit there is gym equipment for use, such as a treadmill, bench and adjustable dumbbells

It’s an older building and only the kitchen was renovated recently. If you are looking for an apartment with a modern feel and all modern appliances, this may not be the best fit for you. The building does not contain any amenities (pool, gym, etc.)

I am fairly quiet and don't have people over often (once every 2 months). You can have people over and they can stay the night. If it’s during weekdays, the building asks to avoid loud noise after 10pm.
