Deposit equals one month's rent. Gas, electric, trash, water, Netflix, Peacock, and Hulu included in rent price The room is furnished with a cozy bed, decent sized closet, vintage dresser, TV, hardwood floors with a rug, artwork and additional storage above the closet.

Laundry and parking on site. Yard and Central heat/AC. Colorful eclectic decor, lots of light and plants.

One renter only please. Female preferred, but not required.
No parties. I have two cats who are indoor/outdoor during the day, and indoor at night. Open to someone with a cat, but no other pets, please.

I am an event/wedding planner and yoga instructor. I work from home mostly on weekdays, but am gone mornings and evenings for class. Weekends I am either working, traveling, relaxing, or with friends. Ideally looking for someone with a 9am-5pm office schedule, or something similar. My home is a clean and respectful space, and I expect that enery to be kept. LGBTQIA+ and 420 friendly.
