Hello! I am a mathematics grad student at NYU Tandon. My roommate is moving out to be closer to her school, and I am looking for someone to fill the vacancy. You would be taking over the larger room in a 2 bed1bath apartment for the remainder of a lease until September (renewal is an option). I consider myself moderately but not overly clean, but I value being a considerate and honest person.
I am on the autism spectrum, and for this reason, I am looking for a roommate who is a clear, direct communicator and a kind person. On most things I am very flexible and willing to discuss, but I do not pick up on indirect social cues very well.
I enjoy playing video games, taking care of my plants, painting, mathematics and computer science, and singing.

The apartment is a good size for a two bedroom apartment; the living room and bathroom are spacious and the kitchen is easily accessible. In addition to all of the great amenities of the apartment (temperature control, dishwasher in-unit, in-building laundry, in-building gym), the location makes this apartment wonderful for me.
The nearest subway stop is not even a block away, accessing the A,C, and G lines, and the nearest mall (including Target and Trader Joe's) is a 5 minute walk away. The building is located within a few blocs of many restaurants, martial arts gyms, fitness gyms, salons, and urgent care centers. It is also a 10 minute walk to NYU Tandon School of Engineering.
