Hi! My husband and I are looking for someone to take over an empty room in our 3 bed 2 bath (with laundry in the unit) townhouse style apartment when we move out of the area. The room would be available to move into on September 14th. It’s $1100 per month for the room and there is 3 other roommates all in their mid-20’s that you would be living with (one couple who has been together for years and one single professional male who works as a biomedical engineer). Our complex has a pool, hot tub and gym. If you decided to move in, my husband and I would come off the lease and we would officially put you on the lease. Let me know!
