The owner is a 22-year professional with various degrees and certifications and is looking for someone who is a professional as well. She works a lot and enjoys her job and life immensely, therefore she is looking for someone who also shares the same joyful disposition in life.
The owner has been owning the house since 2009 and enjoys every minute of owning the 100- (built in 1925)-year old home, as well as the eclectic neighborhood. She is looking forward to someone who would like to enjoy the same experience.
The owner is quiet, clean, does not have friends or guests over, does not play music, and watches TV softly. She expects the same from the future resident. The owner does not have kids but has one cat. She values cleanliness, quiet spaces and goes to bed around 9pm each night and wakes around 4:30 am Monday-Friday. She is looking for a professional who values cleanliness, quiet as well, and who also sleeps during the night. If the roommate sleeps during the day and works at night, she will also be able to honor their sleep time by being quiet. The owner is looking for someone who has an independent personality, and stays to themselves, and who will also pay on time. But, the owner is also looking for someone who is friendly, respectful, and communicates their needs and wants in an appropriate manner.
