Available Room for Rent

Hello ~ My 1 bedroom is upstairs in the townhouse I've lived in for many years now. Located near Manzanita/Madison. Near lots of shopping, gas, etc.. Room is partially furnished. Large closet and big window for light. Mellow, artistic home. Laundry and kitchen~ parking in the back. We have a cat and two birds already on site and are not looking for more pets currently.
so,

No smoking, pets, overnight guests, loud music or general mayhem*** lots of strange beings out there ~ Lets try to keep things simple. Christian Based Values. Must be a clean individual and be able to share my bathroom upstairs. A shower and sink situation. We ask that you wiped down the sink after you are done. Same for the kitchen. Clean up as you go situation.
My mother is an elder and we do need a person that understands living with a Senior.

Since I'm near ARC ~ a student will be welcome. There have been a number of foreign students living here, always a pleasant experience. If not a student then a mature, responsible, working adult would be considered. No SSI, over 30 years old.

Will take $800.for rent with same for deposit. There is internet/cable available. I do not do credit checks.
