MASTER SUITE AVAILABLE IN BEAUTIFUL HOUSE NEAR TRINITY FOREST

Two story, 1750 sq. ft. house halfway between UNT Dallas and Paul Quinn College. The house is renovated with ample shared and private spaces, including front and back porches.

We're a little out of the way from the city center, but still in city limits. When I need to get to downtown, Uptown, etc (where I do a lot of my grocery shopping), it's just a short drive up 35 or 45 in normal traffic. If you're a city person like me that will be essential to you.

But the house itself has a southern country vibe that I love, and we're in the last part of Dallas that I know of where you'll see people keeping horses here and there. We're about five minutes away from the best entry points to the Trinity Forest, which has miles of paved hiking trails and you get to see the river where it actually looks like one. If the site will allow enough photos I'll include some of the ones I've taken since I've lived here.

In addition to the master suite listed, there's also a smaller bedroom with a shared bathroom available for $450/month that I need to fill at the same time, so if you're interested in that or know someone who might be, let me know.
